Shipping Policies

Placing an Order

When placing an order by mail, use the pricelist, or type out your order. Be sure to add the $7.50 shipping charge. if you have any problems or questions, please contact me.

Payment

Orders must be paid by check or money order. Shipment will be sent out as soon as funds are received in house.

Returned Checks

There will be a $20.00 fee for all checks returned from the bank for non-sufficient funds. No further orders can be placed until a check is reissued and the $20.00 fee is paid. If a second check is returned from the bank, payment must be with a money order for all future orders.

Shipping

Shipping costs are based upon the amount of each order.

UPS one, two, three day air or Saturday Delivery services are available. These air fees are in addition to company shipping charges and are the exact additional amounts charged to us by UPS.

Damaged Orders

If you receive an order which has been damaged, save the box and contents and contact your local UPS office and report it at once. UPS will pick up the original box and send it back to have the damaged products replaced at no cost to you.

Defective Product

If you receive a product that is defective in some way, notify us immediately. We will have a UPS truck pick it up and the product will be replaced at no charge. However, another product cannot be substituted for the one returned.
